Proxy and Vps

Noob question, But I am confused on the purpose of getting a proxy and VPS If i am running 10 accounts on mass planner. Not really sure what a Proxy or VPS actually do. Thank you

A VPS is basically a remote computer where you can perform different tasks. For e.g in your case, you can run massplanner on it.

It's really handy since you don't have to use your computer's resources and it's running 24/7, and the internet speed is spectacular(at least compared to mine)

A proxy is like the ip from your computer. It's helpful to avoid creating footprints for facebook, so if you use one account / proxy, and these ip adresses will be used only by you, then facebook won't know that all these accounts are yours, unless you create other footprints of course.

Don't run more than 2 accounts on a single ip address or accounts won't last long. Better if you can do proxy per account since you run only 10 IG accounts. Another thing is make sure to buy private/Elite ip addresses. If you use cheaper shared ips then there is good chance you loose accounts for someone else faults since several people would be using these ips same time.

You will need a proxy list to implant into mass planner to be used on the accounts mate.

Don't forget about VPN, they are like proxies but more expensive, but with a VPN there is some benefits (all your computers traffic is bottled up and sent via encryption to a location of your choice, and the location can be switched around easily) kinda like a anonymous proxy. But for FB purposes I don't have experience with VPN.

VPN will eat up like 5%-20% of your internet speed just because it goes on to do an extra step of making an encrypted tunnel between you and the new IP. But it is cool that your ISP and any "middlemen"/public-WIFIs actually can not tell what you are doing online. (but don't get all stupid and act like you are 100% anonymous, you are never 100% anonymous)

VPNs can be detected due to Maximum Segment Size modification to prevent fragmentation. Besides, it's not like they don't know the range of all the major ones already. It's better to use a proxy. Don't go paranoid with your proxy settings. Being too restrictive can be a fingerprint.
