What does this mean?

Hi everybody,
Good day.
Recently when I submit my site to the directory website, what does "Regular links with reciprocal"mean?
And the difference with "Regular links "?

Am little confused, could you please advise it.

In you case reciprocal links means that the directory will show your link but you will also have to give a link from your site to the directory. Regular link is just you getting a link from directory

Regular link - you don't need to link back.
I'm guessing there is a cost for the regular link?
