How much money will I need to get started? (not SEO)

My goal - 1500$/month no rush. I can wait for money to show up.

I know i need money to start off. I am not going after SEO since that would need a lot of money because I don't have a gold mine niche on my head. I am willing to work over facebook or Instagram. How much money should I put aside to get started?

All you need is a domain & hosting. Costs around $100/yr

The rest depends. Things like hiring a web developer vs creating a website yourself. Hiring a copy/article writer vs writing your own content. Buying tools/software. Outsourcing. All this can add to your budget.

For PPC I've heard most people in the industry suggest you need 5k budget. But you can get started for around $100 minimum deposit on most places.

Would you ask a stranger who knows nothing about you how much you should spend on a car? 1,000, 10,000, or 100,000? Your ad budget is whatever you're comfortable spending (or losing).
In regards to the fear of losing money: You're not losing money. You're buying data.
Test 5 ad copies. 2 landing pages. 2 offers. Spend 100$ at once on ppc to get ton of clicks fast. It gives good quick data to what works and what doesn't. Do not do 10/day budgets.
And in regard to 'gold mine niches' they are created, not found. Launch campaign after campaign some will fail but the winners will make up for all of it.

Whether you start with SEO or PPC, or anything, you still have to go through a learning process until you learn the ropes.

And who told you that you need thousands to make good seo?

You can learn to do it by yourself, it will just take some time. But since you said you're willing to put in the effort and you're not in hurry, you can definitely learn it.

Just start reading it, and absorb information like a maniac. As someone said, if you're smart, you'll learn tons of shit in a matter of a couple days, but you'll have a really big headache/dump, while if you're an average you'll attain this knawledge in a couple weeks.

If I were you as for this and or the future in general I would start off small simply testing what works and what doesn't. In some cases you can start off free with the only cost being your time. There are tons of journey threads and things here to help you get a better idea. My advice is before you throw money at something make sure it can't be had for free and if it is even worth it by doing testing and proving that its worth it. All the best.

it is better to have more capital so you dont stuck in the middle.

to start up small, just get a host with a wordpress blog, put some related advertisement.

for traffic, get some social account and grow the follower, then share content on the social site and point them to your site.

for example:

you embed a youtube video to your post, then you post the thumbnail image to IG or FB fan page that have 10k fans, write something people curious to know more, then they come watch the video on your page.

your video should be surrounding by ad.

if you post few interesting video per day, you will have good amount of traffic to generate income.

you have to grow your fans, using fb ad is one option

or you can use massplanner to grow your IG or FB acc.

what i mention above is using free social traffic after you have grow you fans, since it is not using google ranking, so you can embed unlimited interesting content from everywhere.
