How to Get PayPal in Pakistan

I want to get Paypal in my country in Pakistan, Anyone please help how to setup new one or buy from anyone, Main goal is i want to receive money in my paypal and want to withdraw in my Payoneer card.

If paypal ban your country, then you cant get one, but why not try to use VPN/proxy to register other country version, like US?

And payoneer card should accept your country if i am right. You can use it to receive money if network accepts it, and withdraw it directly from ATM.

Be very careful if you try to evade wth IP masks. Paypal can limit your account at any point and require information to confirm what you have on file.

Buy a stealth account and use a proxy with it. If you want to withdraw get a cheap flight to India and withdraw on their ATM

2checkout will work for you. But not sure if you can fund your Payoneer account with PayPal at all! You can also just buy a stealth PayPal account and use it for whatever you need it for!

You can search for the intermediator for this goal, from the other country, but as far as I know the comission for these operations is near 10%

The best option is to partner with someone who can receive funds in paypal for you and then send that money to your account. Regarding registering in paypal from Pakistan, I guess paypal does not accept any user from Pakistan.

The best way is to get a cheap VPS with US IP and use it to login and receive funds and purchases.
If you think PayPal is going to work with any proxy or VPN you are wrong.
