If you dont know the cost that sort of shows you dont know your industry. Like @blogzandstuff said, starting a business when you dont know about the industry is asking for trouble.

I understand you properly, I'm new to this.

What i need is guidelines, What to/what not to do to avoid loss or over expenses or to get scammed.

Please anyone who owns/run a VPN should PLEASE enlighten me.
