I always get disabled from the facebook advertising, why?

hi there, i intend to use facebook ads for my dropshipping website. When i created a facebook account and tried to add my visa/master card, i always get a notification that my payment method had been disabled
Does anyone know the reason ?

your credit card is blacklisted by facebook. go to other bank and make another card.

don't use the same bin cards again. That bin already banned by FB. try a new bin and hopefully will work

you need to use aged facebook profile ,....with new profiles best cards dosen't help you ..
just my 2 cent ..
