I have a card with them with a lot of balance on it and never got around to getting it off of it because of issues I was having with it.

@CRT - in that you were/are @The Flame's partner you are both equally liable/responsible for the guys that have not been served properly.

My agreement with the flame was simply to create a website and advertise in return for a set % of sales.
Unfortunately I'm pretty sure he ran with my money and others. I have no way to verify who bought what but I can pay out of pocket up to $100.

Flame opened the thread on September, 28th, stating "Please note this is a partnership with @CRT. We have worked very hard to provide the absolutely highest quality service we possibly can. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us!" and you responded as part of his BST the exact same day offering 7 VCCs as review copies.
You did not dispute his statement that you were not his partner.

To start things off i would agree to a 30% less refund to speed this up.
