Just received my report. One keyword has already jumped from the 11th page to the 6th page. But it takes 4-5 weeks for the ranks to settle. So I am sure I am going to see a LOT more than this.
In addition, the punctuality that the order was delivered is also tremendous. This is one rare service where I don't have to keep asking "when are you guys going to deliver?". This is really great. Been a couple of days since the report. Today there were wild upward jumps of all the 5 keywords that I am tracking (all keywords are for the same money page that I built links to with this service). The lowest (worst) ranked keyword is now #35 - the 4th page. Everything else on the 2nd and 3rd page (except one low-competition keyword our of these 5, which was #1 before this order and still #1). These are good keywords, the other 4 keywords (except the #1), have 700+, 12,000+, 12,000+ and 33,000+ monthly searches respectively, and a proportionate number of results.
I shall surely repeat my order in near future. Let a couple of weeks pass and the ranks here fully settle down. Unlike many others that tend to promise a lot faster but take time, these guys really tend to complete their work in 2 weeks or so, so it is better to let the ranks settle a bit more before repeating.
EDIT: My order was a 15 post sticky.

Is this a common thing? I've had this too recently. Built a few links for a keyword sitting at position #40, then keyword dissapears from top 100, then comes back but not necessarily top 10, but maybe mid 20's
Yes it's called the google bounce. It means movement is happening with the SERP although to go from 40 to out of top 100 is a bit extreme. Usually I'll see movement +/- 5-20 rankings and I know rankings will improve.
