idk. even the most notorious forum on the deep web got busted by the gov't. You really can't remain anonymous anywhere anyhow anytime at all.

I don't get why ppl even have webcams by default if they have a desktop , I mean, if u don't cam with peeps, there's no point.

It depends whether you just want to be anonymous to the average person or the US government. For fun I'll assume its the government and bear in mind that i have never attempted any of this, it is just from things I have read.

I read something a while back about how people who create HYIP programs get away with without being caught. The main think was to pay for a new laptop in cash and then only use it at internet cafes. They also did some clever way to create a bank account in Cyprus, I think. Obviously you couldn't log in to any website that you have logged into on your old computer as well.

I'm pretty sure VPN services aren't much good because near all providers are going to be compliant with US law enforcement.
