For what ad networks? Usually they allow debit cards (prepaid cards), but some specific ad networks like google for instance would like a debit card and not a prepaid card.

Yea that means it Facebook does not allow prepaid cards. They prefer debit cards. You can try dumping your prepaid card funds to your paypal account and requesting for a PayPal card. I don't see an issue using a PP debit card, but don't quote me on it.

but id rather not link my paypal to facebook. is there any other way?

if i create a paypal can i just attach this prepaid card, or do i have to go through some verification steps before i can get going.

I think you might be confusing yourself here lol your too worried trying to hide your identity (god knows why), but your two options are either finding a pal to give him real money and in return using his card (I think family works better, more trusty) or opening a bank account and issue a debit card. Don't over complicate yourself.

No, it won't. If I'm understanding you correctly.

You should honestly consider just attaching your PayPal. I don't see why not, particularly if you're literally trying to use the gift card money to buy Ads on Facebook. As mentioned above, you can also ask a friend? I'm not sure why this all would be difficult and I'm not sure particularly if you're just trying to buy Ads on Facebook.

well i have read otherwise.

if a page has been delted by facebook and a payment method was attached, you can no longer use that paypal as a payment method.
