for normal sites they accept comments ..but for warez sites no one is accepting blog commenting :| :yield:

There are thousands of high PR sites out there which are unmoderated. I rarely, if ever, come across moderated sites for comment spam. Search the forum to get the details on how to find them. Hint: It's not Anglea's method.
