I need a CPA Account/Approval

Hi.

I'm going to try CPA offers for getting some money, as I have made some e-whoring pretending to be a blonde bitch, but I'm tired about that.

The problems are:

* I live in Brazil, can't make international calls;
* My english speaking is terrible (that's why I can't use even Skype).

So, I'm looking for someone who does this service for me.
I need an approved CPA account (azoogleads, for example), but I don't have much money.

This is what I have now:

* $22 in PayPal;
* $40 in ePassporte (I can exchange to PayPal if needed);
* $9 in Liberty Reserve.

How much will it cost? You say provide, does that mean you create the account and get it approved. Then once payment is sent you just send me the account details?
