Temporary banned at 1800 following?

I've heard a lot about being temporarily banned at the 7500 mark but not at the 1800 mark. I got temporarily banned last night/somewhere in the morning. I'm also wondering if this a 24 hour ban and what I should do in terms of playing it cool?

it's referring to following too fast. any idea on how long this soft ban is?

It's from following too fast too many people. Maybe 24h or max 48 I think.

7.5k is the maximum number of pages you can follow totally (not a ban).

Hi after 48 hs I'm still without possibility to follow/unfollow ..after 24 hs I could unfollow 50 user and after 48 only 20 what I need to do ... I'm trying to unfollow some users but immediately change to following again I need help... Will I need to create a new account?
