Hello,
I need DMCA Ignored Servers provider for a big site with a good budget don't worry about the prices.
I want it to be data center and have from 1 Gb to 10 Gb Network.
I found private layer but I saw in some threads that if there a lot of DMCA he will stop ignoring it, and I know that I will get a lot of DMCA.
Can some one help me find some data centers no matter the location ?

Generally speaking most of the European Hosting providers like us will ignore DMCA complains.
This doesn't means that they will not follow their local country copyright / trademark laws.

Ensure that the provider you will choice will provide you privacy protection along with the DMCA stuffs

Well if you have big site and getting lots of DMCA notice and no other copyright take down. Then you can probably go with European providers but once you start
getting notices from local authorities you can be assure that they will ask you to remove the content within 24 to 48hrs or else they'll shut your server down.

Although I am not sure about your scenario but why not do a cluster of servers across multiple providers with replication so that you can be sure that even if
your one host shut a server down(because of complaint) you can be serving the users till you either get the server back or find a replacement. Big budget lots a traffic sounds a good time
to have such approach but again that might not be possible with your scenario.

Hi,

DMCA is an american law, You can host your content in Russia.
NL will be also good, But if you get BREIN or SKY or CP you will have to take down no matter what.
Alternatively, You can split the servers like one for ONLY HOSTING YOUR WEBSITE and use third party websites for hosting the videos so you can be safe.
About DC, No DC will ignore DMCA. They will keep forwarding you and after 15 days if you dont reply they will make YOU responsible.
I'll recommend to take down the real dmca notices (the signed ones)
About port, If you have big traffic dont go with 1Gbit Port.
Suppose you have 1K viewers streaming at once on average at 1 Mbps, That means 1000Mbps = 1Gbit and i believe you have more traffic then that.
