That domain is blacklisted on Twitter, you can't post it, direct linking is not possible with it anymore.
Simple 301 redirects won't work, Twitter can and will follow redirects to the root.
Solutions:
(1) Build a nice landing page for the offer and promote that on Twitter.
(2) Build a simple prelander. Password/captcha protect the offer url, so only those will be able to get to there, who type in the password/captcha. This will close out Twitter crawlers, they won't be able to get to the target url. Promote your prelander on Twitter.
(3) Build a simple prelander. Do a javascript redirect to your offer url, when a certain criteria is met, so when the users perform a particular action, they get redirected to the offer url. Promote your prelander on Twitter.

thx for the info. is there a way to prevent the link going to twitter blacklist??

The only way to prevent it with 100% certainty, if you follow the Twitter rules regarding to tweeting and spamming, so Twitter won't pick the domain up as spam and it won't get reported by Twitter users either. If you don't abide the TOS, it's always a gamble. If you push it too hard, there will always be a chance to lose a domain. The harder you push it, the higher the chances are that Twitter will blacklist the domain.

Adding my recent experience to this thread.
1) I am posting standard CPA links (not porn)
2) using 1 custom domain (purchased for < $1 from Namecheap) for aff links on 10-15 Tw Accts
3) the phenomena described by OP, I call "link-ghosting" which differs from following-ghosting (whereby users you follow are not notified of your following)
4) I use Adsbridge tracker, but not the double-meta refresh option.. just regular re-direct. Not sure how this might be helping me because traffic re-directed through here does what HoneyBird described above.
5) I was using a landing page (not direct linking to cpa offer).
6) Twitter "link-ghosted" about 5 of my 10 Tw accts on this particular domain - occurred in last wk Dec 2016.

7) I changed custom tracking domains, and now is all good.
So, trying using another custom domain for your links your posting, they are $1 on namecheap.

That's great information right there.
Do you still use one domain with 10-15 accs? It might be too much and maybe 5 is the ideal number, hence you got the same domain blocked only on 5 accs out of 10. It's not more just a theory, i wouldn't know this, because i use one domain per account.

When mentioning "link-ghosting", are you talking about the phenomenon described in that thread or the other one, where you get the error message from Twitter, while trying to post a link, so the subject of this thread we're posting in now?
