new blog index plan?

can we index all posts of our new blog next day of publishing .
for example, if I publish my site today and post 20 pages. can I submit all 20 posts in google tomorrow?
will it affect on ranking of blog?
I am asking about quick index through google fetch or any premium index service like onehourindex.co etc.

because new blog takes 1 month in proper indexing.

Depends on how old your site is, if its already established and has links then you can start after a few days.

If the site is new I would build other links first then after 2-4 weeks build some PBN links.
