i am sorry for that but i am new at this field but simply all want is to track someone's smartphone or location with any tool or service .. if its free or not i am sooooo ready to deal.
note : i just have his phone number and his own passport.

the person i want to trace his location hiding in some where and i cant touch his phone to install any program on his phone

You could send an "empty sms". It's pretty much a SMS without any text, and whenever his phone connects to an antenna you can see where he is located. I don't have the software nor the knowledge to do this, but this is a method law enforcement uses.

I saw a lot of such "scam" site in China 10 years before, many girls/child searching for such thing in order to track someone, (cheater?!), when you open the site and input the Phone number, the map automate locate the phone number in the map, but as you can guess, its all fake anime LOL.

It just use first several number like 135/531 to roughly trigger an anime fits that area and BOOM, if you pay, then you got fucked LOL.

I have to say, smart move.

it's kind of rescue someone from real danger ... i am in Syria and because of the situation there we have a friend to know where he is depending on his phone number that was stolen from him by the kidnapper
