What do you mean, and if facebook blocks you requiring PV you can just provide the details and proxies that affliate with the account and we can process it for you.

My journey with this seller so far:
- Bought 12 Instagram accounts on December 16 by providing my proxies info.
- 48 hours later, my accounts are ready. I import them all to Massplanner. They're all working.
- Half of the accounts ask for phone verification as soon as I try to follow 1 person. I ask for phone verification for those accounts, I get a reply saying it will be done.
- The next day, all the other accounts ask for phone verification (I couldn't follow more than 5 people with any account). I ask for a phone verification for all the remaining account on December 21.
- 4 days after asking for a phone verification the first time, it's still not done. I opened a ticket asking what's going on.
- That was 6 days ago. The seller didn't respond to any email, ticket, or forum posts. I still can't use the accounts I bought on December 16 (almost two weeks ago).

In the end I wanted to make my life easier by buying Instagram accounts with a phone number ready to use, and I got expensive accounts locked by phone verification and no communication from the seller about my orders / e-mails / tickets / forum posts / and now Paypal dispute.

They answered me 2 days after purchase (high demand they said) for telling me proxies I bought were softbanned from IG. They proposed a refund, was done the day after I answered.
Conclusion : Job was done but with more time than expected.

Hi, It's tough trying to please you as your proxies had so much problem. We couldn't access it and you kept changing proxies and we've tried contacting you various times, we can still the reverifications for you but you did not say anything. It's really simple, submit with excel and let us know so we can process it but you kept changing and expecting it to be done in a day when so many problems occur.

You're right, to be fair I changed the proxies once, and sent you the informations immediately. I wouldn't call that "so much problem", nor did I "keep changing the proxies". And since you requested it, here is the conversation we had via email:
