Hey guys,

I'm back again with another share. I have been really ramping up my marketing campaign this last month for my new SaaS. So I have been doing a ton of reading up on methods, services and products that can help with my campaign.

One avenue that has really shown great results for me so far is email outreach to prospective clients and also contacting influencers to write about my product.

One tool that I found to be excellent is Ninja Outreach. After watching a quick video I couldnt wait to get stuck in.

After playing around with their search function I was able to dig up about 30,000 targeted contact to send cold emails to. I cleaned my email list with a 3rd party bounce checker to make sure everything was legit and I got an almost 0% bounce, so the quality of leads form ninja outreach is very good.

Our first email blast got us a 40% open rate too, which my partner tells me is almost unheard of. But we did have a shit hot subject line

So you just used it to scrape emails? Looks pretty good, gets full names, yeah?

Is cold emailing also good when done through the application or did you use something else?

The twitter outreach tool has been very useful to me. I also used it to find emails with full contact details, so i could really customize the emails. I didnt use their built in email system though, it was better for me to put it into my sendgrid mailing system thats already tied in with series responses.

How do you compare this with GSA Email Spider? Tested it,seems good and easy. Best of all no requirement for proxies.

Software seems good. But email scrapped is quite generic to be honest. Almost the same as per what GSA email spider gives.

The email should be mostly valid and free of spam trap as the email address belongs to company agent who wants to be contacted. Example, [email protected], [email protected]

This is just my assumption and not backed by fact though I am using the existing method. I simply blast the email database with a business inquiry without ANY URL. So this looks legit and under CAN SPAM act. I am allowed to mass send email for business inquiry. Since I do not include any URL, email goes to the inbox of the receipant. Do take note that certain words are still blacklisted, aka FREE, Survey,etc.

And I uses mailwizz to check what are the valid emails. Before switching to another mailing IP for sending. This way,I save money on email verification which can become really expensive over the long run.

Try this one: bulkemailchecker.com. It does a great job of cleaning lists and it's way cheaper than most email verifiers.

I also have a desktop email verifier but it's not as good as Bulk Email Checker. The desktop email verifier (Atomic Email Verification) does not remove spam traps, only invalid emails.

The trick is tp disguise the message as a business inquiry. However this does not work with private personal email since that inbox is never intended to receive business inquiry.
