Utilising a PBN correctly - what niche?

I am in the process of getting together the costs of building a 25 site PBN.

However I'm torn between either..

Amazon affiliate, Clickbank or PPD with surveys using fileice, or would it perhaps be better to go for quantity without surveys eg a download for a real ebook not some fake coin generator as the moneysite.

you need to do some propper KW research, find a good and monetizable KW and rank for it.

I understand this, I have done SEO for some time, but I am torn between how to monetize my traffic once ranking for a KW. I understand using PPD will differentiate KW focus greatly compared to Amazon and Clickbank programmes. I just want a general idea of what some other people have found work best with their PBNs. Not sure if I made total sense there, I know what I want to say just can't word it too well. Thank you though.

I surely wouldn't bother with some stupid hack/crack/generator crap. Your money site will get deindexed in a matter or weeks and I surely wouldn't invest in my own PBN to rank such a short term project. Go for a regular affiliate long term stuff like Amazon or some other evergreen products. Amazon may be your best bet. Also, don't expect that 25 site PBN will make you rank miraculously.

Also as I mentioned previously I have a lot of SEO experience, I understand a PBN is not a hack to page 1. Thank you though, I will take onboard your advice about going the Amazon affiliate route.

Well real ebook would be a great call, if you had your own ebook. That's where the money is. If you could pull that off, you would be one happy bastard with a nice bank account!

I would probably go for something sustainable like an amazon affiliate site
