I've always liked him because the videos I watched about him were just ones where he talks about how important reading is. And I love reading.

As far as his business practices or what he sells, I have no experience with it. I just like his thirst for knowledge and respect his hustle.

It's an Air BnB.

I've seen many people share the proof, research it.

It might be, but I don't see what the deal is with that? Most people rent homes.

He's been 'renting' that for a looong time now. He runs the business from there, so it's probably on a long term lease.

I have a love and hate type of feeling with Tai. I hate him because of the way he captures the audiences attention with materialistic things, I hate how people actually fall for what he is saying, but I also love the way that he uses social media to kill it.

Late to this party as always. I need nine other interested individuals for an IM Millionaire video.

Two nights here at $1000 per night + probably another $500 for taxes, cleaning, and fees: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/15053392 = $2,500
Car 1 rental - Mercedes Benz CLS 63 AMG S for one day of filming = $495: http://www.mphclub.com/mercedes-benz-cls-amg/
Car 2 rental - Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG for one day of filming = $595: http://www.mphclub.com/mercedes-benz-g-wagon-black-interior/
Car 3 rental - Ferrari 458 Italia for one day of filming = $995: http://www.mphclub.com/ferrari-458-italia/
Car 4 rental - Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder for one day of filming = $995: http://www.mphclub.com/lamborghini-gallardo-spyder/

We could probably get a bulk discount on the cars to offset any additional tax related costs.

So what is that, $5,600? Split ten ways, $560 or so a piece to make this magic happen. Add in another $440 for talent per person to avoid the sausagefest and we are at an even $1k for a wild couple of weekdays of cinematic masterpieces.

Let me know the time and the place

Not sure if he is fake or not... But he does have an entertaining Snapchat story.

I have access to all of his online courses including the SMMA, Accelerator, OMG, Real Estate, 67 Steps etc. Unless you go through the stuff he advertises and sells, you dont know the half of it.

To add on to my previous comment, I wouldn't trust the guy when it comes to making money personally (I think he shows off his material possessions way too much, which is usually what people do when they are trying to sell crap and make themselves LOOK like they know what they're doing) but at the end of the day, he's found some success doing what he does. He should be an example for people by showing that opportunities to make money are everywhere. Does he scam people with his programs? Maybe. But just because HE might scam people, it doesn't mean YOU have to scam people. If he can make money by faking his entire brand (if he does do the things people are accusing him of doing) then you can make money by actually doing things in a legit manner.

I'm glad he's successful. I'm glad he's rich.

He does look incredibly unhappy.

He probably is.

Care to enlighten us?

Well you try and sell Make Money the Ceosam way. Crack heads rolling around in the background, in a squat with five $1 bills stuck to the wall with jizz.

Could probably market that somehow. People will spend money on almost anything, especially online.

Well a couple of years down the line his bird still looks like a bag head and his squat looks worse. My guess is the rented Ferrari people are doing better. Sam can't even afford to rent a decent suit for his vids.
