Making Instagram Accounts With Proxies.

Hey guys!
I'm really looking for a way to create Instagram accounts safely. I have already tried the Bluestacks method, but it simply won't work. I don't know if it's because my computer just sucks or something else.

So i just want to know if some of you guys use proxies and your browser to create accounts? And how to do it safe.

If you got other methods, please tell me.

It is best to use dedicated proxies and mobile devices to create the accounts (through the app). I believe browser accounts frequently requires phone verification. You can also try IGCreator, Massplanner or other tools which offers IG account creation. IGCreator is a one time payment whereas mass planner is a recurring one.
