You can't get banned for following/unfollowing/liking too much all you will get is a temporary suspension from these actions.
Accounts get banned for using blacklisted urls and stuff.

This. If you do og ads and you get an account with link in bio banned, you better change that link for the next account because its probably flagged.

Yes, 6+month old accounts, following at first and then after 5 days i started liking about 1000/day, soon I will start commenting also to test it out.
