textfree give me number but if i go to use in gmail tell me erorr and get this msg

Maybe you're doing something wrong with landcodes? Dashes in the phone number? Check for that.

I fucked up, you want to use Textnow. If you use Textnow to verify your Google account, make sure you choose "call me".

On Textnow click the call button to enable getting calls. Now you will get the message from google like a regular phone.

This is a nice website BUT when i tried the number for gmail it says it can't use the number, tried text and call option, both were rejected.

Edit: Argh, fucking google!! Tried a new number, this time through the app and again, number can't be used.
