Best Massplanner/followliker settings

What do you guys all use for your Massplanner and Follow liker settings?
I was thinking start at 100 and build up by 50 until you reach 550 a day. Thoughts on that? I'm gonna be doing this for IG and OG ads.
Saw some people doing much quicker settings like starting on 200 and then doing 250 for a couple days and then 350 and increasing by 100 until 650.
Anyway, all tips and advice appreciated!

Can confirm what @FixYourSelf said running 6 accounts that are following 1000-1200 per day and liking 1000-1200 per day, haven't had any problems, accounts are about 6 months old.

Maybe Im pussing it, but I have it set at 75-100 a day adding 2 a day. I have that for Twitter, LinkedIn, G+, Pinterest and Instagram.

Think that is low! Gonna take 2/3 of a year to get to 450 follows a day

You can't get banned for following/unfollowing/liking too much all you will get is a temporary suspension from these actions.
Accounts get banned for using blacklisted urls and stuff.

You can get a ban after a temp suspension as well I think. Or they out you for a manual review.

Nope no bans im only doing that much on one account and no problem so far. No phone verification or temp blocks. Just daily lilmit reach.
