CJ promotional method warning

Guys, Yesterday I got mail from CJ asking about my promotional methods within 5 days of mail failing will result in my account termination. I have replied them about my promotional methods and waiting for their reply. I have closed sales of $200 and now I am a bit skeptical about the amount. Please help!

They started the case and we had a 3 mail conversation. finally they said they will ask the advertiser to check the quality of sales. Now, there was no mail from them after 16th june. I can see my balance under close only and there was no warning or hold message. Is this normal with CJ?

I unknowingly was promoting an offer in a spammy way that went against their T.O.S, they paid me my $300 anyway and just told me not to promote using that way again. So u should be okay.

How much of your payment is due that you've earned till last month (May end)? And what is the payment threshold that you've set?

I think that most of the time they are just checking for fraud. If your sales went through and the seller actually got paid and didn't have to refund customers, you will get your money. Just remember that these things take time to settle try not to stress too much.

I have set threshold to $100 and I have closed sales of $200. All my sales are legit and I explained them all my promotional methods. But, still no reply from them.

I was referring to the people who has given a 'No' in cast your vote. Sorry, I am a newbie and unaware of the terms to use..

Contact their support and ask about the status of your payment. I'm from India and my commissions for the month of May landed today in my bank account.

They actually did the thing which I was not expecting. They reversed my payment and the advertiser terminated my affiliation. When I asked them they are saying quality check were not good. Just because I was promoting their product on a site which is not about the product doesn't mean the sales were wrong? Right? how do I get back my money at this moment? I hate CJ now for their lazy support and being a advertiser's puppets..

Got the same notice as you and they owed me quite a bit. I was a little nervous.. but it was literally just them phishing. One of the companies i promoted didnt pay me in the month of November due to lack of funds on their end. According to the rep, When there is a non payment they investigate. Not sure why they would investigate me for an issue on the advertisers end.

Long story short. I basically yelled at them in text form and the closed their "investigation"

The worst part for me was the "legal" threat in the form of an email.

A. should have been a mailed letter that I had to sign for so they were sure I got it
B. They only give you 5 days to respond and then threaten to close your account.. Good thing I wasnt on vacation or that 1 email didnt hit the spam box.

They have been pissing me off lately. I only work with 2 companies there. One asked me to work directly with them and I wasnt going to bother.. but after all this... i think i will take him up on his offer.
