ScrapeBox Whois - Can it pick up more fields?

I like the 'scrapebox whois' grabber, but it is set up to collect only a few of the fields - I would like to collect the DNS server names, for example. Is there any way to modify it to collect more fields?

Also, it looks like older versions of this tool had an option to retry failed lookups. That options seems to be gone now (Dec 2016). Is there any way to make that work? Perhaps an automation function?

It has retries, go to the proxies drop down and then proxy retries.

You can't add "more" fields, the quantity is fixed, but you can change what the current fields grab. Just edit the definition file and you can also log the response data to help with that.

Thanks for the reply. The 'retries' seems to just retry right away with the same proxy, so it often fails and then you're done. But when you run all of the failed ones a few minutes later, the success rate is about 60%... except there is no way of easily doing that. You have to manually save out the failed ones into a different file, re-load them, and run them again. If only there were a button that let you re-try the failed ones, like tutorial videos show the old version had, it would be a lot better.

It's really odd that the whois scraper only lets you save part of the data.... I can't think of a reason why someone would hardcode that into a program when all of the other parts use editable masks.

I see that you can save the entire response to a file -- anyone know if a good program that will convert THAT file into a .csv or database?

Thats odd, it retries different proxies for me.

You could probably have something built that would do it, but I don't know of such a program.
