I might include junior members and above as I notice that lots of people send me websites that are not on-page optimized.

I get lots of requests with pages that are not on-page optimized, the pages must be optimized for the page to rank. I won't start doing off-page seo on unoptimized pages, as results won't come.

Most folks who sent me their page and keyword, have an unoptimized on-page SEO, so I could not accept their request until they optimize their page. therefore now I will be accepting requests from members with Junior status or higher! so there is a higher chance for me to get an optimized page to rank. make sure your page is optimized!

Yeah mine toP doesn't update anything regarding the site.And it doesn't have any rank improvements till now.

I seems that you are misinformed on what is black hat seo and white hat seo.

Black hat seo is basically any link that is created that its purpose is to manipulate organic ranking. you can say off-page seo is black hat seo
white hat seo is creating your page and website in a way that google can understand it, and figure out what its all about.

ANY link building to rank is black hat, even the ones that say otherwise and even manual links. any link building service on the marketplace is black hat.

totally agree about this. As long as you are building backlinks to rank your own site, even with white page seo/blackhat seo, you will end up with SEO success if you have the knowledge and understanding of True SEO
