PBN - Put content on before indexation?

I just bought a couple of expired domains -- should I wait to put content on them until they've proven to be indexed? None of them have spammy or toxic backlinks, but I don't wanna pay or spend hours developing content unless it will help them get indexed more quickly. Thanks!

Not that it will help them to be indexed quickly. It will help them get indexed. Period. Don't expect to get "hello world" indexed these days. It can and will happen in some cases, but mostly it won't. So put on a content as you would normally do and don't be lazy ass.

Exactly ^^ give G a reason to index it, otherwise it's just an expired, uncared for, forgotten about domain...and there's millions of those that are dropping out of the index every day.

Getting a few articles written is all part of the cost of a PBN. I've you've done your homework and the domain is all good it will index eventually and having content on the site can only help the process.

Definitely put some content on it, but make it cheap content. Just like 4-5 pages max. You could use an article spinner for it. Then wait 1-2 weeks and see if it ranks in the serps with some keyword on position < 100. If it does, do some on-page optimization, add 1-2 links to it and let it be for again 1-2 weeks. If it goes up to position < 60, start doing your magic and all the optimizations.

Christ... no, don't use any spun content. You could have gotten away with it 2 years back no problem, but if you want your PBN to get indexed without issues and last longer than a few months, then use original and hand written content. Doesn't need to be amazing quality, just DO NOT use spun crap.

I would use it just in the beginning, to see if the domain will rank, even with very low quality content. Some tool like WordAi could do the trick. As soon as you see some rankings within 1-2 weeks (< 100 position), optimize the content to original/hand written content.

That's so much overthinking for no reason. Just order 10 articles for $2 a piece, that's $20. That's nothing. Put 5 straight away, already optimized with links as well, schedule the rest, done. Move on. No idea why would you complicate stuff this way, but it's unnecessarily complicated, risky and all in all, makes no sense. Especially these days when indexation is quite a problem, using Word AI to just see if it will index is bullcrap.

If I bought a domain from someone then I will be already sure it will rank, so I'll start direct with quality content. The method I was talking about, is for picking up expired domains which haven't been drop catched. Once you automate things, you have a very low budget method to see whether the domains work or not.

Think about it like this. Google wants good content on its search engine. Why would google waste its time indexing something with no content on it? Hope that helps.

Worse case scenario, if the domain turns out to be a dud you can always re-use the content on another domain,

Also you want a domain to have several rounds of updated content indexed before you drop any links in it. Put it up, update it with a new article or whatever every few days and unless the domain is toxic you should be indexed soon anyway. Then after a few more updates think about dropping in a link.
