Why adsense youtube rpm so low?

Is your RPM usually that low or did it dip today? because mine dipped today out of nowhere.

Where does the majority of your traffic come from?
is this for youtube or for normal ads?

I know you want your traffic coming from US and other Tier 1 countries to achieve higher rates. Beyond that I am still figuring this all out
thats gonna be tough my content targets middle east..

I have been researching a bit and these are my notes:
If you produce videos over 10m in duration, use multiple ad breaks
Share on social media
Keep building subscriber numbers using call to action at beginning or end (clickable)
I have been experimenting with different posting times and days based on some things I read but idk if it is making a difference.
yeah i will start a tech channel soon hopefully i get better ctr and rpm then

Yeah my channel is tutorials on how to work from home using a specific platform so it naturally lends itself to longer videos and US viewership (the majority of the users are US based). I sort of stumbled upon my niche but definitely give some thought to that kind of stuff and part of the battle is done.
