You're in Washington, correct? So no need for Seattle.
Here's where I would go with some of them:
1) San Francisco
Walk the Embarcadero, eat a massive sundae at Ghirardelli Square, take the 6 hour Dylan's Tour of the city + Muir Woods, take a Bay cruise, check out the view from Coit Tower, watch the sunset from Twin Peaks. Rent a car and drive the five hours to Yosemite. Take a tractor tour and spend a few hours hiking. It's worth the ten hour round trip.
2) New York City
Grab the CityPass and see the Empire State Building, Museum of Natural History, Metro Museum of Art, Top of the Rock, Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island, and 9/11 Memorial Museum. Wander Central Park and catch a show on Broadway. Do it all, man. I've never been, so I don't know what all there is to see, just what I've heard, researched, and seen in TV and movies. Someday next year though!
3) Atlanta
See the world's largest aquarium, take tours of Coca-Cola and CNN, check out the zoo, hang out in Centennial Olympic Park. Rent https://exoticcars.enterprise.com/en/vehicles/bentley-continental-gt-convertible.html?subsetType=location&subsetValue=atlanta and drive north and do the Blue Ridge Parkway once spring hits. Then drive back south, park at the Nantahala Outdoor Center and hike a bit of the Appalachian Trail just to say you did. On your way back to Atlanta, stop at Mercier Orchards. You'll thank me. But don't eat in the Bentley.
4) Miami

Rent https://exoticcars.enterprise.com/en/vehicles/aston-martin-db9-convertible.html?subsetType=location&subsetValue=miami-airport-mia at the airport and live it up. Go to Islamorada where Bloodline was/is filmed. Check out Hemingway's place. Relax and enjoy yourself. Then go back to Miami and party down. If you feel up to it, go visit BTB and

Otherwise, keep heading north on A1A for the Atlantic side Florida beach experience: Fort Lauderdale, Boca, West Palm, Jupiter, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Melbourne, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Ormond, St. Augustine, and Jacksonville. 5) Orlando
Theme park time. Magic Kingdom (check out Space Mountain, see if you can get in early and ride with the lights on). Animal Kingdom. Hollywood Studios (Tower of Terror is incredible). Epcot (Mission Space and Test Track, you'll thank me). Islands of Adventure (Harry Potter, the Hulk, etc). Universal Studios (the Mummy ride is awesome, so is the roller coaster that goes all over the park). Sea World, Busch Gardens, etc etc.
6) Vegas
@Ste Fishkin and Nik can tell you what to do there if you've never been.
7) Bangor, Maine
Go to Acadia, check out Stephen King's house, go early in the year and watch it snow on the beach, hike Katahdin (the end of the AT), check out Bar Harbor. Maine is the most beautiful state I've been to, hands down. Also check out Vermont, give Bernie a high five, and cross over into Quebec for shits and giggles.
