Insight needed for new part/full time business

I've been perusing the boards and saw many possible products to sell through many channels. I came to a conclusion that a niche market would be best and have multiple online stores for different niches.

Current status:
1. IT level pretty up there.
2. Marketing level is minimal until I go through all these posts.
3. Personal taxes and corporate taxes are done by self.
4. Have an ebay account since 2001 with 100% feedback (126 stars).
5. Have paypal personal and business.
6. Have square account.
7. Have an office with parking and an empty basement that can be used as storage with cams and electronic locks. Office is on ground floor for easy access and shipping.
8. UPS and USPS is literally one block away from my office; FedEx and DHL is close to my home.
9. Currently NO shopify and amazon seller yet (can be easily made).
10. Several phone numbers with call waiting/parking/auto attendant and 10+ other features I never use.
11. 100/100 mbps fiber optic line.
12. Have 2 domains since 2+ years and just recently bought another.
13. Budget is pretty open (nothing crazy though).
14. US citizen (not sure if this even matters).
15. Obviously US based.

I'm new and I do not know what info is relevant or useless. If anyone has any questions, please feel free in asking me.

I'm dabbling in a niche focused website for adsense/ppc/ppa and wondering if I should also try drop shipping. Any recommendations or ideas for a potential business is most welcome. Thank you.

It's an excellent niche in my opinion. I was told lately that if you stacked up all of the pills for penis enlargements which men buy each week, it would be higher than the empire state building ! I myself have certainly made plenty of money in this and other niches. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are interested.
