Comments with nonexistent accounts have nothing to do with the account owner. What benefit would that be to him/her? Most likely, they are spammers whose accounts have been banned.

I'd like to know this also. I'd be worried an account would get banned if i transferred it to a phone.

About the transfer, once i receive the payment i'll send you the account credentials (username / pw / email / email pw), you don't have to worry about changing the account to another ip, you'll not get any problems with that, the only thing is that when you login for the first time you get a verification message and you can easily verify it via email or just send me a message and ill verify it for you, other than that you'll not have any troubles transferring the account.
