Do you offer stealth Paypal accounts that have no limits, if so how much?

Just wondering what to do about email address, should you create a new one for ebay/paypal use? Also no logging in from anywhere else but the proxy ip correct? E.g. no replying to buyer offers via smart phone?

Thank you very much for your help. I have been restricted for ebay after a buyer bought 3 items on my 200+ positive feedback seller account and NEVER paid for the items and decided to report me as never sending the items.
Ugh.
Anyways. I followed your guide to the T. I've actually only been using public computers for Paypal and eBay, I never use any device in my home or my cell phone. Ever.
In any case, I've been able to link my paypal to my ebay account. I've added a gift card and brand new bank account to paypal. I've setup a Google voice phone number. Nothing at all in common with my old account.
However, I'm still at a $0 seller limit?
Do I need to make some small purchases? I just added my new PayPal account as my backup payment method for seller fees.....what else do I have to do?

Thats what happens to me .. ive got 2 accounts for usa and 1 for uk and i got limit 0 .. what i do wrong? I make the accounts in virtual machine fresh with private proxy .. what i do wrong?
??? The buyer can't leave feedback or escalate to a claim unless he pays. What exactly happened?

Probably because hes using a proxy. Paypal/ebay have increased security since this post was first made .. proxys are a big no no and they are better at detecting them. Ideally you need clean residential IP's. Most proxys are data centre unless theyre hacked
Is there anyway to get a clean residential IP other than straight up moving?

Was wondering this as well. I have been following this guide: https://www.slideshare.net/AuctionEssistance/ebay-incognitostealth and they don't list much options for IPs. So unsure of which ones work currently.
