》》》》 Most difficult part of entire system is having customers. Bots or how will you implement grind itself is less relevant/easier part.
Chinese, kind of, solved this. Though the solution was meant to address overcapacity. Overcapacity threatens farms quite a bit more than sales numbers threaten a broker. So, in China since several years there are some groups who essentially buy other people's unsold stock (overcapacity) and then store this at their own risk until a time comes when prices rise enough for it to be worth selling. Such depots take considerable risk but it lets farms dump their inventory. To yourself as a western broker it could let you get rid of unsold stock, too. Since prices generally only go down; the time (=money) spent into holding this stock on your accounts would be devalued too (...) of course, depots who buy overcapacity only offer very low prices. Contact me if you would like to know where to dump such inventory. It's fairly automated.
》》》》 Good way to get customers is to advertise in classified sites like OLX (popular in my country), because they are not regulating payment itself. So no blocked money or 6 months hold risks. You make personal contacts from your customers , have them on phone, or skype. Guys who pay for stuff are always regular guys. They love games, but they have no time to grind everything, and they usually have nice income, and are businessmen, so everything works out.
Classifieds sites works for beginning sellers. I'd recommend you to hire a VA and have him replicate your posts from one classifieds site on to 4~6+ others. And to post multiple of the same. e.g. one post for each 10, 20, 50, 80, 100 gold and so forth. Spread it across every classifieds platform in your country.
》》》》 I even tried ebay, it works - but i do not like them being involved in my cash flow, its risky.
I tried fiverr - sounds smart but not effective, didnt work out for me.Maybe i could push it with adwords, but im busy guy myself - i have my supply and demand balanced for now.
eBay is too slow and indeed too off-hand. You want to control the process in this trade. I've heard of people experiencing trouble with newly registered Skrill accounts, but PayPal is generally no problem. You could also simply use the PayPal/Skrill accounts of existing Chinese sellers. They will wire your money anywhere in the world once a month. This type of deal is without problems and actually a common thing to do within China.
》》》》 For me - having that internet caffe is engine of that particular niche. Plenty of poor kids around who would grind anything for free - just if i preload their caffe accounts with 10 free hours. They grind 5 hours then play whatever they wish with the rest.
Truth
If there is some highly skilled grind needed, i hop in and do it personally. I'm among best players of WoT in Europe (3500 wn8) . But such services i charge 100 euros, i need 1-2 days to complete it , for example grinding 3 marks of excellence on tier X tanks.
Why not contact people like IGXE, GOLDAH etc., and have them put up your leveling service on their network of 100+ sites? I see WOT has relatively few Chinese websites offering it right now. This is not necessarily because the game is not good or there are too few orders. It may be due to the unfamiliarity of Chinese farms with how to produce here. So they go to a game where it is easier e.g. Blade and Soul. I am 100% sure IGXE/GOLDAH would list your service on their network of sites, on a middle position somewhere among the games list, for free. They would try it out for a week or so and continue/not continue based on performance. Simply talk to them. People have done this before with WoW/D3 services which they were best in the world at. They had a Chinese network of sites put it up for sale and their orders exploded. The Chinese will not charge you for listing your service. They will take a %, mostly 50/50 or close and split it with you. Again, contact me if you need me to hold the initial pitch for you.
