Possible way to make easy extra money?

I just have a short pretty straight forward question. Is there a quick easy way to earn some extra money via PayPal where I don't have to already have money. Wanting to buy a few shoutouts for my instagram account but bills have been tight and every penny is crucial.

writing for example, data entry. keep tabs on the 'hire a freelancer' section there is the occasional odd job that you could pick up. or if you are in the US for example you can start buying up sim cards and start reselling them or provide a phone verification service
