I was just busy with another project during that time that's why I wasn't able to accommodate the project.

You cannot control people's style. For as long as no part of the Terms and Conditions of this forum is being violated, it should not be a biggy.
Sometimes, we also need to ask ourselves, "Am I getting frustrated at others because of their style or is it just because my style doesn't serve me well?"

Some people like my style of summarizing my long sales thread on this forum into bullet points.
Some people don't like it.

I will not please everyone because pleasing everyone is a bad business.

Instead of me focusing on other people's style and criticizing them, I'm better off focusing on improving my own style according to what works best for me and my target prospects.
