These kind of ban happen when
1. proxy is bad
since you are using 1 per account hope it's not semi-dedicated or shared, it could be that the seller is sharing it with bit too many marketers...
2. Phone
Since you are using your own real SMS it wouldn't be problem
3. LINK
I am not sure how you are doing your link
Do you redirect? (BAN)
