The method used, complies with Adsense's ToS. Although adsense doesn't track it very well either, so that helps. We've never had a person mention their account being closed from our popunder traffic, but we also don't guarantee a ROI would be made either.
The traffic won't be counted by youtube. If it did, it'd make selling youtube views really easy, don't you think?
The more web traffic you buy, the lower the rate becomes. I wouldn't recommend using our Web Traffic for adsense or youtube, though.
It's very unlikely our popunder would provide that, just because a lot of it won't even shown up in Adsense, so the CTR won't drop much.

Your order was processed and set up on the 12th, we posted a confirmation ticket and an email was sent your way. The traffic was also started on the 12th.
Yes it could. It would only count a conversion, when the page the script is on is loaded. The value of the conversion doesn't factor in if it's counted or not.
Unfortunately paypal gives buyers and sellers different transaction #'s, so I can't check the status of your order. It would be best to post the invoice # instead, although it is likely your order has already been processed.
