Hi there,

We are a visa company that offers an ESTA service that adwords bans generally 1-2 days after going live. We have tried everything yet we still get bans despite providing a credible service. However our competitors are constantly advertising - they seems to have the same landing page but constantly keep changing the domain that appears in the ad search and that domain just redirects to the same landing page referenced above.

This company is constantly getting banned but then coming back with a new domain linking to the same landing page. How is this possible and how are they still able to create accounts, surely bank details and names etc are all linked? They must change around 8-9 domains a month....any advice or help? We are obviously missing out on a huge market of customers that they are still able to attract as they seem to constantly be advertising somehow...!

Why is ESTA even prohibited? Could you explain this?

Pre-made AdWords accounts are rented to advertisers for low amounts of money. They probably rent pre-made ones rather than going through the hassle of making/verifying/approving new ones on their own.

Due to the fact Google thinks advertisers are charging for a free service. Esta applications used to be free but now there is a small government charge - the businesses charge a checking fee and google bans this due to being charging more for the service than is required.

Any ideas on how to rent the accounts? Will the domain that redirects be a cloak? Sorry a complete newbie here.

They are very strict. You have to not have any links to any government website, put a big disclaimer on top of every page, and the ad itself has to comply.

Unfortunately if the website doesn't comply then you're not getting back on. Also the website content needs to be new and the old domain can't redirect to new one for obvious reasons.

I'm very sure your competition is using a cloaker. Do you know what that is? It hides your advertising page from google reviewers.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes we have all disclaimers - clear notifications, trading addresses etc and a much more proffesional setup than said competition but still we get banned.

Cloaker - so how would they be doing it? They seem to change domain that re-directs every 4-5 days....
