Tool to verify site lists

Dear BlackHats,

sorry for my first post being a stupid questions. From this very forum I acquired a lists with approximately 6,000 sites. Now the beautiful task of verifying the sites is upon me. I wish to know if the sites still exist.

Would anyone be so kind to recommend a tool which I could use for this very purpose? I then would of course share the results here.

The free wget tool can take in a list of URLs and it'll create a file for each successful fetch and will report error for unsuccessful ones.

Thank you for your input, to my sorrow the tool you mentioned does not work in windows. I found a shelled version but this one can only handle one url at a time (manual input).

Yes but I simply do not have scrapebox yet as I just get started. Okay I will try figure something out over the course of the week.

scrapebox will definitely work and i recommend you get scrapebox as it can do a lot of IM functions

Just like the guys above said, scrape box alive checker can do that pretty quickly.
