[Method] Get your disabled Instagram account back

Anyone been able to get an account back, where they had no access to the email address that was used to create the Instagram account?
For example, let's say you used [email protected] to create an account. Later you lost access to that email. Your IG account was disabled.
You go through the IG form, input in your NEW email and explain you don't have access to the OG email, get a reply to send in the pic with the code. You then send in the pic and code and get the account back???

My account with 1.2M followers has been disabled for more than 2 months now, can anyone help
Hi everyone my Instagram account with 11.7k followers got disabled a few months ago and i've tried everything to get it back its a mistake that they made and i've tried completing the onscreen instructions when you try to login to Instagram with the account, but I had no response. I've also tried reporting it as being hacked with an email telling me to give a:
1. A brief description of the issue you're experiencing, including the date you last had access to your account and how you lost access
2. The email address you used to sign up for your account
And I responded to this email always getting the same reply: (I cut it down)
"Hi,
It looks like your account has been disabled. We disable Instagram accounts that don't follow our Terms of Use. Actions that are against our terms include:........"
And I NEVER EVER get a response from Instagram after this email.
But last night I filled some more "hacked account" reports on my laptop and got the email from Instagram where you need to take a selfie whilst holding a paper with the code, name and username.
AND I GOT THE SAME YOUR ACCOUNT IS DISABLED RESPONSE AS I ALWAYS DO!!!!!!!!!
I tried replying to the original selfie with the code email saying what SNRPRO said:
"Hello,
My Instagram account (IG Account) was disabled and I was wondering if this was perhaps a mistake?
I've already sent in my verification code. I attached it again just in case.
Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to get the account restored.
Thank You
Oscar"
I haven't received a response as of yet, but am I likely to not receive a response?

How long has it been since you wrote your last email to them? Sometimes it can take up to two weeks or so to hear back in my experience. It sounds like you're following the same steps I took so it looks like you're doing the right thing so far.
I received the "selfie and code" email two days ago and my first reply to that email ended up in a response saying my account is disabled and that Instagram disables accounts that do bla bla bla. But since my account got disabled 3 months ago I have never received a response from Instagram after my reply to the "your account is disabled email". I replied again to the "selfie and code email" and I'm waiting for another response.
(The selfie and code email that I received 2 days ago was the first time I'd ever received that email)

Yea, it usually takes at least a few days to hear back about the verification emails. Give it 14 days (shouldn't take that long though) and post here to update us with the result. I'll try to help think of an alternative if the verification response email doesn't work. I've had multiple accounts that have been disabled by "mistake" and just needed a response though so you should be fine.

Hi I'm new here and I'm going through the exact same situation you are. My account was disabled a few days ago and they sent me the same
"Hi, It looks like your account has been disabled. We disable Instagram accounts that don't follow our Terms........" Email that they sent you. I never get a response from that email after this. So I did the same as you and filled out some more forms and they sent me the selfie verication email. I sent my photo in last night and now I'm waiting for their response. Did you happen to get disabled for copyright infringement as well?
Hi, I'm still waiting for a response as well, but I'm not sure why I got disabled. How did you find out it was for copyright infringement?
