Don't go for cheap if you are doing Tier 1 articles like main page or landing/squeeze page. Grammarians will look down on your site for poor quality writing. Hire Dotsya instead. She will guide you along. But Dotsya is not cheap and won't write for less than $1 per 100 words.

Well he is an Indian writer and i am also from India,the issue is with the method of payment,i can't transfer him money through PayPal as it is not allowed in India.
