Let me help you out on here but of course you do need a credit card to make the payment for the VCC. Why dont you just get yourself a VCC for $8 on here in the BST section. I saw someone sell those and with positive reviews and everybody thaat bought easily verified their paypal/facebook/ebay accounts. Just have a look in the BST section and I am sure you will find it.

Before I got my own paypal, I used VCC and never got that problem. I had accounts for a year and so and no probs. Wonder who gave you the VCC.

thats why its called Virtual Bank Account or VBA
