PURE SPAM - Google tracking external URLs

Hello guys, from some months ago im working on a Ebook niche creating multiple websites, and after trying almost anything, i am almost 100% sure Google does detect Keyword Related Niche + External Links (Ad-center)

Do you have some recommendations on evading Google bot on Following links?
I guess a good cloacker might do the work, a friend of mine told hes about to redirect the Ad-center links to a good old valid domain and block google bot from following from there.

There is a solution to cloak affiliate links via redirect through a folder which is disallowed for google bots.

Do you think Google crawler won't go throught the disavow / in robots.txt? I have read that Google might even go further if the bot considers to.

It does go through. I just said that there is something where you could look into.

You could redirect the google bot via htaccess to an non affiliate link for example.
