Weibo followers and traction

Hi All!

For me, the "Weibo world" is something really new.

We are a company that trying to establish online sales in China and we are now working on making the site ready (setting up Chinese server, Alipay solution etc).

But, we recently started a Weibo account and we need to reach more followers and spread our word. Anyone got any suggestions for "growth hacks"? Any script or anything else we can use?

Note that we recently hired a native mandarin person to help us out, hence we know the langue.
