Looking for $1+ for email sign ups

Hey guys,
I was using Click Promise, and they had a campaign that offered $1.50 per sign up (They actually payed me too. I was really surprised.). Commission Junction has a Swagbucks campaign that pays you $2.20 per email sign up. Unfortunately you are not allowed to promote any CJ affiliate link unless it is on your own website (no messageboards etc.) so my account was closed.

Does anyone know of any other good affiliate programs that pay you at least $1 or more per free email sign up? Thanks!

I am not particularly focused on anything at the moment. I have a poker website that I run, and I can purchase other domains etc., but that's about it. I focused on a lot of PC software and Internet services before my CJ account was closed. Mostly Bing Ads aff, Godaddy, a Shopify automation tool, and Swagbucks. I am open to anything. I am basically in the process of looking for new offers to promote.
