Linkwheel should focus to a hub. Hub is the one that we want to rank higher . What we should do is to make the hub IMPORTANT on search engine view,especially G.

Link wheels work great. I use them all the time with killer success. As noeriddin pointed out, Linkwheels should focus to a hub aka the site(s)that you want to rank higher.

That diagram will get you nowhere since there is no focus hub and no real linking structure to it that represents anything similar to a link wheel.

So next time make sure you know what you're talking about before you open your mouth and make yourself look even more retarded.
