The referral path is his Twitter page. People who monitor GA will find it and visit his Twitter page. He does this at a mass scale though and usually promotes his websites.

So just a simple traffic bot? Diabolic Traffic bot has that option I'm pretty sure
 
I have this spam in my analytics. It's very annoying. I don't know why Google won't patch this exploit.
 
I have 4 of these spam things showing up in my sessions/languages list. Here I was thinking that people actually gave a crap about my site. Turns out it was this Vitaly guy all along. What a shitlord, lol.
