For eBay/PayPal in particular: Use a Canadian proxy and address. PayPal doesn’t require your SIN (equivalent to SSN, EIN, PAN) in Canada (it’s illegal). The most they’ll ask for is an id which is easy to fake.

Can you advise any other country, but not Canada please?

The method is for users everywhere. The whole point of creating a stealth account is to appear to be from a less scrutinzed country. Canada works especially well for Paypal because they won't ask for SIN number there even when you deal in larger amounts.
You can use same method to create an account in any country. It's not rocket science, you just need to cover your tracks. Just create an email and get a local phone number, anonymous proxy or vpn, and a vcc. (Google and look for reputed sellers on forums)
Some sites also use flash cookies to track you (eBay does it too). To get around that either use CCleaner to clear flash cookies before and after everytime you login to stealth account or use VM.

so the main problem was that eBay stealth man recommended me to get firefox portable which i did. i figured out how to download this for mac. once i went to list my first item; i was getting a troubleshooting. I disabled the flash cookies already. eBay stealth man told me to go to another browser (safari) and try there but to disable flash cookies. i easily posted on safari but I'm confused. do i need disable safari cookies or just flash player cookies? this is why I'm confused. also since i bought two accounts; what happens when i wanna use the 2nd account?? do i just change my computer user name and clear cookies???? any mac users wanna chime in?? and just for an update, i still haven't heard back from stealth man, seems like a good business but he's a jerk for newbies and when when troubleshooting occurs he doesn't help in detail! i know I'm sure he's busy buy $100 is a decent amount of money for a guide that didn't work!!

Flash in flash cookies refers to Adobe Flash. As you guessed it, they work across browsers. You definitely want to enable browser cookies or you won't be able to login anywhere . And don't disable flash cookies. It'll certainly help in avoiding eBay connecting the accounts. But disabled flash cookies would raise flags by themselves.

If you want to operate multiple accounts, you have 2 options:
1. Use same computer
- Clear flash cookies before and after each session.
- Use different browsers or different profiles on browsers or clear browser cookies as well.
2. Use multiple computers (You don't actually need multiple computers. hint: google "virtual pc for mac". or just use a vps)
- No clearing needed. Set proxies once and use as you like.

I'd definitely go with the 2nd option. A little more effort required to setup but then you can use it without hassle. And you avoid human errors.

I've never used a VPS myself. You should be able to easily find free software for VM.
